TPS provided a Project Leader Electrotechnology to EMC to manage locally the electrotechnical parties in Croatia. EMC converted the crane vessel OSA Sampson into a pipe-layer. This conversion also involved an electrical extension and upgrade. To the client’s satisfaction, the Project Leader worked for eight months with the local teams to complete the conversion.
