Aquaduct N57 - wired

Client: Rijkswaterstaat
Project:Aquaduct N57 - wired

Rijkswaterstaat, the executive arm of the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment, planned to improve quality of life in the Middelburg area. Major works on the N57 should facilitate a safer and smoother flow of traffic. One of the structures realised along this provincial road is the new aqueduct under the Canal through Walcheren and the railway lines. TPS supplied the electricians who wired a range of electrical systems, such as road signalling, tunnel lighting, control centre equipment, camera systems, detection systems and emergency power systems. It was a complex and extensive project with a strong focus on safety, low maintenance, and sustainability of the systems.
