For a one-year period, TPS provided six service mechanics to support the service and repair team of MWM, a reputable engine manufacturer. TPS’ service mechanics were assigned to carry out scheduled maintenance as well as troubleshooting of mainly CHP installations in the horticultural sector such as those at greenhouse nurseries in the Netherlands. After being supervised by MWM employees, TPS’ service mechanics were able to carry out most tasks independently resulting in their being charged with tasks that involved more responsibility. TPS successfully went through a steep learning curve in CHP installations and this, together with the good relationship between TPS and MWM, will result in a further expansion of this partnership in the future.
